Hello, I’m new to Nashville and I’m looking around the Madison or Old Hickory area.

In addition to Toyota-Mazda, Facebook, the FBI, and Aerotek making big moves in Madison County, now we are about to be home to the US Space Command Headquarters.  

We just finished a remodel on our permanent residents in Madison (will rent out once we move), and the ARV is estimated to double the money invested.

I wish we would start swinging back to a more balanced market, but in the Madison, WI area it's still very low inventory and multiple offers typical (pushing prices higher still-did a recent appraisal where a comp sold for $100k over what looked like a reasonable list price).
