We had a few hiccups with the timing of contractors on site and it lead to a 4 to 6 week delay.

I would agree with Chris, I would not use debt to cover all costs and then hope to get a good pop on the sale to cover all the debt, payments and still have some in the end to make a profit to do it again.

Plus, building those relationships with contractors and suppliers while gathering numbers can lead to better deals down the road.

@Shawn Nofziger I recommend using debt from the start even if you can self fund.

Hey @Matthew Brown, it is hard to say if it is worth the $99 a month.I would ask how they get their leads.

Over 1 month with 124 Zillow potential tenant contacts, the property manager report showed no leads from Zillow and couldn't find tenants.

Only mortgages as debts which are covered by rents.
