Their reason was that these members are from Florida, and not in California.I paid $5K for the two day class for one of these schools back in 2006, and got a whole bunch of books, which I can purchase from Amazon (except in different covers).I believe that the best way to learn and invest in RE is spend lots of time research on BP, and educate yourself through books.Good luck

@Russell Brazil are you saying google, amazon and Facebook will never be called a monopoly, since anyone is free to create a competitor, almost for free?

Most are speculating the neighborhood will be close to a new high tech. another Amazon headquarter, Googl giant tech center etc.
