Rates for SFR's can now go as low a 5% flat and 2-4's are still down to 6%.

I understand the trepidation of co-signing, so i'm looking for a reasonable offer(s) to present to anyone that would consider doing this. 

People with rates in the high 4's or low 5's may finally be willing to move on from their house if they can find a new rate in the mid 5's. 

Also, in the rental agreement, it says:"HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNITY: OWNER of rental property shall not be liable forany damages and/or injury to TENANT and/or their guest(s), or their personal propertydue to TENANT’S acts, actions or neglect.

Housing prices went up so fast in the early 80's that a property will go for $150K one year and $210K the next.

s name will be listed as the owner also.

Rent $12 /Year - including All expenses  Current owner spent - significant expenses on repairing HVAC - new condenser, Chiller ,Boiler Elevator Repairs
