I showed the house to a woman who is on the VASH voucher.  

This is giving me some anxiety because i've seen how this woman operates(placing mice droppings to report rodents to report to BOH and calling the cops on me when I tried to make repairs to her unit saying i showed up without notice) and I fear this may turn into some leverage move by her when I either go up in her rent or ask her to leave.

So the woman trying to sell the property (not the actual owner) and I decided to Jv the deal.

I agree withKristine Marie Poe This woman is a danger to herself and your property.  

Her's is going to sheep, but nonetheless the non-metaverse translation is a single, elderly woman (that spent her day cleaning her building) and is asset rich, but cash poor and might have to deal with tenants, maintenance and BS for another twelve months until her properties sell..Her discipline of low debt, no debt and frugality helped her reach and exceed very lofty personal goals, but when will she enjoy the fruits of her labor and how much do the sheep or the next in line deserve or require? 

Tenant in one has been in place for 14 yrs (single mom and two school age sons), another for 8 yrs (single senior woman), another for 3 yrs (brother & sister) and we are gearing up to rent our newest acquisition, the smallest house, to another tenant (single mom and adult son).

Unfortunately the woman I am dealing with is a 75 year old woman who does not even use the internet so I have a feeling it will be difficult to get some of the paperwork that I would like to see.  

Any decent contractor should be able to handle that job, or search "tear out plaster walls" or something like that and do it yourself, since you seem to be a DIY kind of woman.

We did reach one woman who it turns out wasn't a property manager but she did recommend a company.
