Against the modern trend I would recommend a glue down LVT installed with a quality pressure sensitive adhesive.

Some people would rather watch TV, vape, drive a fancy vehicle, wear $300 sneakers, and complain about how the man is keeping them down.

We know there is success in rentals and flips...the ol brick and mortar way, but we’ve always been interested in container homes and the ecofriendly/trendy factor involved.

Its true about the 7 year trend, I live in Miami F.L and have seen prices here kind of reach a halt lately its rising steady not to fast. 

It is an ethnic food mecca replit with its own trendy coffee shop, and 5 different subway lines you can take to get practically anywhere into new York.

Think about why people would choose to live south of the park, rather than further west which is closer to "trendy" bars and restaurants. 

However, the "general trend" is obviously an inverse one.
