Of course I don't know what you have, but typically what I see is probably better to sell it and maybe buy two in Someplace like Sherman if your resources allow that.

And of course, most homes have HOA's (homeowners associations) that can be $20-$250/month to pay for community maintenance, sometimes lawn care, cable/internet, amenity upkeep, pool, security etc. 

If you’re willing to continue to do the bookkeeping yourself, there’s several wonderful options on courses you could take for learning how to do RE bookkeeping.  

I understand this is all a numbers game as far as leads go, so for now I'm just gonna stay the course.
