These much be engineered, stamped and engineer inspected following installation.

Definitely cheaper to have us send them. if we ship to you, you'll have to hand apply a .34 stamp on small postcards or a .47 (.49 starting 1/22/17) stamp on letters and large postcards. 

Also, I'm pretty sure there's a stamp somewhere on the tank that will tell you how many gallons it holds.

I then hand stamped each envolope (with sticker stamps) and used a return address stamp (pre-inked not stickers).

Keep in mind, however, that the letter will have an indicia instead of a stamp.

Regarding the sellers stated rent increases, it's been my experience C class tenants are usually hourly wage earners and some may be getting cash aid (food stamps, welfare, EBT cash, etc), to raise the rents $300+ in 9 months would be a major financial burden to their families.

I don't care if you are just walking around town looking for run down houses, the fact of the matter is is that when you send out a letter you will need money for stamps and the other materials.

I would suggest taking time/dated stamped photos (time stamp is an app you can find for your phone if you do not have one) of the work that has been completed and create a visual time line of work performed.

You will owe documentary stamps to the state - don't pay them to the county.  

Very rare that a GC would be an engineer and wouldn't have to hire one for a stamped letter to give to the building dept.
