Certain cheap/common colors are less porous (black pearl) which means it won’t stain and won’t need constant sealing like some other porous colors might.

Here are the downsides: Stained carpeting, smelly floors and sub-floors, chewed trim and cabinets, scratched floors and door casings, complaining neighbors, tons of dog poop in the yard, dogs yapping at all hours waking or disturbing other tenants, might violate local zoning ordinances or laws.Here are the upsides: Wait there are none.Hard pass.

Doors broken, door knobs missing, stains all over the carpets, broken kitchen faucet and lots of other broken items (the house was in beautiful condition when we gave it to renter's warehouse).
