When I starting attending the newbie investor group at TREIA about 2 years ago the speaker was preaching about Mebane.. having been in downtown Raleigh for 2 years now, I'm starting to drink the cool aide about these small towns.  

My last auction house I bought with some old giant filthy speakers, an old barber chair, old vinyl records and boxes full of really old naughty magazines.

Jet Lending has a huge event with a lot of sponsors/vendors and speakers. 

We’ve had virtual meetups since coronavirus started but still try to have good speakers for our hosts and networking as well.

Find some online speakers you two could both follow.

@Andy Zirger there is the monthly one that was held in Buckhead before craziness, and that usually had 100+ people and good speakers.
