Hi all - We have several rentals and we just created a couple LLCs, no website yet though and when I went to register our business with a Google Business Profile they asked to verify using a video.

I did look at Rob’s website and he does not seem to have videos.

Be careful of scam websites.

Website had no useful functionality; every booking was ultimately done manually after receiving phone calls/emails from their representatives.

Provide a nice place to live, where you show pride of ownership and they will typically respond with taking care of your place.But also, being selective in who you rent to.  

I’m not suggesting you can’t successfully complete the BRRRR method but if you are selecting your markets based on where that strategy is most attainable you’re going to make regretful investment decisions because most who chime in will promote markets where you will be able to obtain a favorable cash out refinance while ignoring everything else that supports whether the market has a good underlying investment thesis or has a a more attainable alignment of sale values and appraisal values. 

For the mid-term we are using airbnb 30+ days and also furnished finder is a great website. 

Every county in every state seems to be a little different as far as what the county appraisers website will give you access to.
