The site is up, just need to load the images and pics of the clothing in the catalog and resize them.I've met with two real estate investors, an agent/investor and an owner of a title company.

I would also recommend posting a Craigslist add with the pics you have and what you need done, contractors in this area are ALWAYS looking for additional work.

Then I pull the solds in the same school district (elem, middle, and HS) and check out the pics.

Hi All, here are more pics toward foundation repairs; I know I took a big risk here for a first time flipper, out of state JV but its coming along even in the rain.  

The before-and-after pics look great.

Basically someone sends that address (a US address) mail and the company will email me and say 'hey you have this mail' (with a screenshot of the letter) and if I want them to open it and scan it I tell them to, and they send me digital images of the content.

I'm trying to build my set of principles for initial *scanning* if that makes sense.
