As a flipper I've never spent more than 7K on a total exterior repaint, even on large homes with lots of trim.

It was so disgusting that we had to repaint most of the house.

Repaint with epoxy is a quick solution but it never holds up for a rental.

Use a good exterior paint so you aren't repainting every 3-4 years.

It was repainted last year, and kitchen redone, but definitely not worth the 365k they are asking for it.
