Hiring a good property management company who's on top of things, or ensuring you or someone else you hire put aside additional time for property inspections on a more consistent basis.

If you consistently analyze properties, recognizing a good deal will be much easier when it shows up.

@Noah Bacon and @Mindy Jensen - can we figure out what this guy was doing on BiggerPockets and see if any patterns emerged that will allow us to flag if a future bad actor is attempting to do this kind of crap on our platform? 

What I do is use my property management software (MagicDoor) to just write one listing and they automatically post it across all the main platforms. 

While I'm not certain about your current real estate objectives, I can assure you that this is an excellent platform to enhance your knowledge and connect with others in the field.

What I mean is, the payments made to the seller, is the total payments consisting of principle/interest, property taxes and mortgage insurance all wrapped into 1 payment and made to the seller?

Typically when I see failed Facebook ad accounts it’s due to improper implementation rather than the platform itself.
