Aside from title insurance and possibly a survey (I only get one if it's questionable as to where my property line starts and ends) you will need to get a final water reading bmso that the water and sewer is zeroed out at the closing.also make sure that the house is delivered vacant at closing.

At auction end, do cashier's checks have to be delivered right away, or do you have some time after bidding completes to come up with the money?
