So I currently plan on doing my own redneck baffle for Bedroom 1, reducing the air down to no more than half of what it is now, while also cutting the holes larger in Bedroom 2 (which actually isn't either hot or cold right now) and Bedroom 3 (which is running hot, being on the southwest corner).

@Victor Funes keep in mind that the maximum LTV that a lender will allow on a refi is 75%, do if you want to get all of your money out, you have to be all in for no more than that.
