.: Oregon is becoming the same tho Oregon has always been this way.. at least on assignments and selling property you dont ownah i remember people being able to wholesale year a few years back but now they don't even do double closing so I'm not really sure what the next option is, i hear there's a title company in Clackamas that does double closing they could do assignments but it was NOT legal from the state point of view..
