I have a professional background in Corporate Finance and believe that I have the skill set necessary to succeed in a decent MBA program.However, in the past year or so, I've really come to change my thinking.Here are my two reasons why I believe that pursuing an MBA is a poor choice for aspiring entrepreneurs:Reason 1 -  The degree is expensiveAs someone who is particularly aggressive with personal finance, I believe that by committing cash to the degree, or by taking out loans, I delay my ability to invest in real estate or other assets significantly as I tie up my personal capital in the degree.Further, I believe that I'll accumulate assets to invest at a slower rate for the duration of my education, and that I'll spend the years immediately following my graduation paying off student debts.

It appears that may incorporate a RUBS program instead of separately metering water/gas.

Folks need to see their attorney and conform to local practice, just because you file Articles of Incorporation doesn't mean you LLC will be working as you might think. :)

legal zoom is a much more affordable option to incorporate and set up an LLC.

If you do it through the PA website you need to file both the articles of incorporation selecting LLC and then docketing statement as well.

i suggest taking it step by step and incorporate these items as you gain small successes going forward. 

What I'm doing is showing how Realtor Rebates can be incorporated into the purchase loan to benefit their Borrower/ Buyers and to give even the newest or weakest Mortgage Broker an UNFAIR advantage over the Big Banks! 

The business is not in anyway real estate related, but I'm wondering if I can incorporate myself and take over as an "investment company".
