If I were in need of their service I'd be impressed & likely to call.I doubt many people facing foreclosure receive many nice handwritten cards & would be very likely to open it.  

Typically, if it would be positive cash flow at all, that would be impressive.

Reading it I learned that not only are composition roofs almost always installed WRONG but that the people installing them are very careless about standing, walking and SHUFFLING THEIR FEET on new shingles.

Traffic doesnt make you money...)but 7000 visitors a month is EXTREMELY impressive. 

Ideally, you can just non-renew his lease and get a non-smoker in there, but I don't get the impression you want to be that aggressive yet.

On a composition shingle roof, you would have a flashing that is integrated into your shingles (like the roof vents you have now) below the flashing (or integrated into the flashing) is a mechanical base that connects to the structural members of your home (rafters) or the deck (plywood), dependent on the racking manufacturer.

So far I’ve been very impressed with the sense of community on the site.My wife and I are doing our homework in order to dive into real estate investing.

I personally have been very impressed with the per sq ft returns on really small units too (like studios on the beach).
