I am not in the industry, but the intent behind the rule is probably two fold.

My question is two-fold and I'm hoping some of you serious investors can provide me some insight into what I should be looking for when insuring the property.First, what types of and how much coverage should I be looking for (I definitely don't want to "over"-insure andam wanting to keep my deductable somewhere around 2-4%?

I could undo the crimps, but the mouth of the hull would have the fold marks in it.

You already noted gas at 15,000.If you can get the water usage in gallons.Age of equipment.Break down of equipment- Dryers- Big/little; Washers- s/m/lIs this a cash operation or credit card/ Does it pick up-send out dry cleaning/ Does it wash/dry/fold service?

If you put in the effort to build those relationships now, it will no doubt pay off ten-fold down the line.

If you acquire debt to invest in something or maneuver a deal, it can often work out ten-fold and make financial sense.
