I photoshopped a Tulum map with the future master plans to get a feel for how Tulum will look in a couple of years... mixed feelings. 

It's in a desirable low vacancy, high demand location that happens to be in a mixed commercial / residential semi-neglected but very safe area 2 blocks off a major shopping street. 

What are most paying for mixed use property insurance nowadays?

To be specific, I purchased a mixed-use property (residential and commercial) in the South Central area of Los Angeles last May 2023. 

Purchase price: $123,000 Cash invested: $30,000 This is a mixed use property consisting of two storefronts, four apartments and one freestanding garage.
