So we are talking about a possible crime of "unauthorized de-leading (UD)" which occurred 32 years ago.NH's first lead law, I believe was RSA 130-A, which was enacted in 1993.I never followed NH's lead laws and do not know if RSA 130-A covered renovations but I do not believe that interior or exterior lead painted board removal by apartment owners was prohibited in 1987.
