How do I predict the market crash?

This does work great for the right people, but there is a lot of inherited risk and when something goes wrong your real estate empire crashes down like dominoes.Rather than looking at taking out cash, look at selling the properties and using the money to make higher profits on the same money.

This is like assuming if there’s a commercial plane crash tomorrow in the US (something that also hasn’t happened in 10+ years) that it’s likely to happen again the next day.

I don’t think the market will actually crash, but I’d imagine some of theses houses will go down in value since they aren’t worth the appraisal.Do any of you plan on waiting until the bubble pops before moving in?

It seems to me they are limiting their exposure to a crash with the upcoming end to foreclosure moratoriums.
