I’m super fun, outgoing, humble,creative, and I’m a two-time cancer survivor!

While the travel has been loads of fun, I'm looking to establish more of a permanent base, as well as somewhere with more affordable rents than Nashville.

@Jim Adrian it’s a complete guy, sans most of the flooring, because the place has been vacant for 10 years, the plaster ceiling is falling down everywhere, walls need to be reconfigured to make it fit a SFH instead of a Duplex better, Mechanicals all need replacing due to rodent/critter damage, and city code will require electrical service upgrade and new water service, etc… It’ll be a fun project, has good bones, just the soft meaty stuff inside that sucks.

For fun, I'm teaching my buddy's kid how to dirt bike and maintain an old dirtbike. 

For me I'm just waiting for the refiance in december to do it again but it's not fun waiting on the sideline lol

That is the fun part to study and teach. 

If it is somehow near a downtown or redevelopment area however, it could be a really fun hangout. 

I will stop having fun now and return to the grind.
