The lease/option is up soon and we are going to try to get the seller to seller finance, but have not started the conversations yet.My idea was to build 2 lofts on top of the retail space to make into short term rentals because our city is getting a Hard Rock Casino and her shop is on the main drag between the historic downtown and where the casino is being built.  

The strip, all of our entertainment and casinos were completely shutdown for 18 months and housing skyrocketed. 

We are right between Miami & Fort Lauderdale, 5 miles from the beach, 2 miles from Hard Rock Stadium where the Dolphins play and where the new F1 racing is, near casinos, and 15 mins. from the airport and cruise terminals. 

It's like going to the casino and changing the rules for black jack just because I want too. 

Half of my current business involves income/rental properties and I'm I'm looking for a local Brokerage to join that is experienced with  and enthusiastic about income property.

It is less than 5 minutes off of a major highway which is nice and fingers crossed a casino is in the plans about 5 min away which would be a nice draw as well.

These are things that you learn through experience and taking losses that hurt.WARNING: When I say "bet," I dont mean go to a casino.
