If you use laptops, use QB desktop, make sure you backup each session to the cloud or locally.There are software and services for managing rentals that also do accounting.

I stumbled on the second podcast with Grant Cardone during one of my research sessions, and I was blown away with how much I learned.

I recommend you join TREIA, and that you attend the monthly DMS (Triangle Deal Maker Sessions) event.

I take away some good information from each session, though it is difficult as much of the talk is quick and definitely geared toward those who have been at this for quite some time.
