Wow I came her to see what people had to say about NOLA ... as it seemed affordable. 

@Greg Hoffmann this thing again.....I'm wrestling with even commenting on this product. 

People who need something....Advice, Products, Services etc.....I see people on here that do not fit either of these two categories....you included.  

This piece will also help you determine what you can afford and cash flow. 

Ohio, across the board, is affordable, has good rental scale per price, and favors landlords.

But I think the advice I'm hearing from @Julia Lyrberg and @Dave Foster and @trevor finn  is 1) that it might be smarter/lower risk to diversify and 2) that I really might not be able to afford to keep my primary house as a rental.

The COVID bonus pay days are over so what they can afford to pay is really down from the height of the pandemic.

Which we cleaned up when i bought the Mansion..Back to Doctors this is well talked about and some reality in the private aviation world.. where they can afford top machines but dont have the time to stay current and end up in trouble..
