Get connected to resources!

Contrary to popular belief, this is actually an advanced strategy for people with lots of experience and resources, it's a really tough place to start.

I'm still running the numbers on properties every day, but I was wondering if anyone had other suggestions, or tips for investing out of state into a better market.

I have a lot in East Rockaway, corner that I am helping the owner find a buyer...Trying to get more info on like zoning and how much you can build, Property shark has been useful in NYC but pretty useless in Long Island, can not even find basic info there, is there another website or resource I can use for more detailed property info?

I realize being the largest house in the neighborhood can be a drawback, but I thought the upgrades and price point would offset that.Does anyone have tips or strategies for marketing a property like this?
