@David HarmanRead and researched quite a bit , I have a fairly decent idea of what I need to buy for the numbers I want but it's pretty slim pickings right now it seems.Keeping my eye out for the one stand out deal.With the slim pickings on single family homes , I've actually started looking further away in Baltimore multi plexes .That's a little more scary to me as it would include at least some leverage from the bank .

My experience with auctions are "unless you follow them constantly getting a deal under the market price is very slim".I have seen many of them going over market price.If you join bunch of them , you can get one.
