Most purveyors of LLC's set them up (and in the case of people out of Nevada or Utah, tend to grossly overcharge for lots of needless moving parts) and do a terrible job of teaching people how to well & truly maintain them. 

Needless to say, almost $400/mth in rent on my own land + taxes, is not appealing to me.

Needless to say, the Housing Market suffered and unemployment soared resulting in evictions and foreclosures, as well as many businesses were failing. 

Needless to say, through FHA this was a pain with all of the guidelines, inspections draws, and of course there was a huge learning curve since this was my first deal.Move to today and I am currently in contract on a 2 unit with an unfinished basement and am using an FHA loan to close on it.

Needless to say I have caught the bug!!

Needless to say she wanted to list for a ridiculous number and I left after she told me how pretty my blue eyes were.

i would stay far away from electric heat unless its only used as the back-up. it can be extremely expensive. i got a surprise electric bill of $500+ in April this year because a tenant decided to use the electric heat instead of the the gas heater. normally i dont pay heat but i just bought the place and they where on the existing lease. needless to say the lease end next month and that is being changed. 

I quit my job in March to care for my children as schools closed, and am close to being employed again, so needless to say, those debt payments are quite the burden.

Needless to say from books, blogs, audiobooks, podcasts and networking I was able to learn how to cut my liabilities/expenses and increase my savings rate to around 60%.

My own home flooded during the above-mentioned tropical depressions, so needless to say, I have a little flood anxiety.
