I don't know how to go about finding financing for this deal as I'm a little cash strapped right now with another home.

I used all cash and my heloc to start and ended up cash strapped and had difficulty recovering in time for the next deal. 

They stay that way on rented lots with annual registration stickers like a car tag, but they become 'fixed' to an owned lot through 'retiring of the title' which also involves removing the axles (if any) and strapping or bolting them down to a foundation per the code at that time.

You don't want to be penny wise, pound foolish but if you are strapped for cash, your approach will work.

Specifically, in a frame with matting.

That wasn't something they included with the straps (carbon armor) and there isn't any water leaking.

Because we really don't need it. and judging from how hard our esteemed community leaders are fighting to keep the details of their bid sealed and out of the public eye, they handed Bezos a monster strap-on, a gallon of epoxy mix, and a bucket of sand, and told him to do whatever he liked to the city.
