A lot of new builds have been popping up on the same street after having lots subdivided, so I do see quite a bit of potential in this property.

And over the last few years, we went on quite the money printing spree.

A ton of people who initially inquire about a unit on Facebook drop out of the process quite quickly.

Quite the opposite in fact. 

My partner and I are currently hold 2 properties in the Glendale area that have done quite well.

His message was quite simple: Until you've been humbled, you have not figured out this business.

After closing, I quit claimed it to an LLC.Does this sound familiar?

We also replaced quite a few old ceiling lights with new ceiling fan/light combos and replaced any cracked or suspect outlets, etc.Kitchens got new stoves and microwaves and upgraded furniture in common areas.

My main take away so far is that I am probably overthinking the cost quite a bit.
