Mainly looking for SFR’s maybe small Multifamily as well in the East Valley area to start out with Gilbert/Mesa/Chandler/Tempe and maybe Central Phoenix, I know the latter can be tough though.

The market here doesn't seem to appreciate fireplaces anymore as most have Central H & A.

I know several of the MFH in that part of Roseville have those 1950s oil burning furnaces, they are at their service life, so it dies it dies.Also, you will need to put in Central Air I would guess.I get $850 and $725 for my units.

There are some great conventional programs for owner occupied duplexes in central ohio that are much better in my opinion than FHA.
