I was recently quoted as low as the high 5%'s on a FHA loan for a new primary property..these are attractive borrowing costs in comparison to the comparable costs of renting a similar property profile. 

Whether they are section 8 or market rate, a bad tenant can cause $10's of thousands of dollars of damage really quickly.  

It's amazing how a unique backsplash or a standout light fixture can elevate the entire space and make it feel more inviting.

I remember the call from Josh early in the 2000’s asking my opinion about his vision.  

I guess if demand is relatively high in your area, you can elevate your requirements as high as you want. 

At the time I purchased this condo, I was in my early 20's and the idea of signing a document that committed me to anything for 30 years freaked me out, because I hadn't even been alive for 30 years!
