Does the site have approval e.g. no issues with traffic or schoool.

Malls around north Texas either are very full with high rents, high traffic OR its a dead mall.

If it is foot traffic an entry gate won't be worth the trouble.

Has had heavy Air B&B traffic, the only problem is I still live here.

If we start to see traffic and an uptick in economic activity we are good.

It's also relatively easy to commute out that way from downtown, because you're going against traffic.

The hotel is reopened but the traffic is VERY low but we are still hopeful that it will start picking up again soon. 

Try running video views or webpage traffic as your campaign objectives. 

Upper-end properties are harder to get in to and usually require the landlord to rent them by the room which increases the amount of foot traffic in your property increasing wear and tear. 

I was looking for laundromats  for a while, the guy I used was a business broker and a store broker.Then my dad's mixed use property is located in a more residential district, not much foot traffic compared to commercial districts.
