You will still need to manage the manager to have any shot and then you will realize you could have done it yourself.

In other words, if you wait until the end of the month and realize they haven't moved out, you then have to start the eviction process which would make the time before they move out and a paying tenant moves in longer.

Is there a forum, on Facebook or elsewhere, where I can learn about the conditions of the real estate market in Mississippi ( I realize that each county has its individual situation, to a degree) and ask questions?
