If its just intrusive to get multiple maintenance calls, get a google voice number, let the calls go to voicemail and then you can check it right after. if its important you handle, if its not, you put it on your list of things to check when you do your next inspection.

I am using google voice on my iPhone and will answer calls when I can..

I'm not, however, in a strong position to voice my opinion here, because my viewpoint is limited.

I currently been using rentnotices.com, but they have not gave me info on a recent court date and have not gotten back to me after repeated emails and voice mails.

Is it real stucco or the fake synthetic stuff.

We also do use google voice (which is free by the way!)
