@Keeya WangJonesNevada is a great state to invest in because of the proximity to CA, no state income tax, 4th lowest property taxes in the US, constricted housing supply, and job and wage growth.

So much sensationalism in the news and on here and social media about it, but from reading the actual settlement, it doesn’t do much to lower transaction costs and definitely does not lower property prices (supply and demand controls pricing, interest rates/available credit, inventory, the broader economy, jobs etc. not real estate agents).
