Although I did learn a little and met some awesome folks I feel as though I learned more from this website and other free resources on the internet than I did from what I found to be an outdated home study course and this extremely high-level Three Day Seminar.The seminar I found to be 10% focused on education and 90% focused on selling the coaching programs that are designed and intended to guide the recipient to earn in upwards of $100k/ per annum in investing.   

From an architectural standpoint, I would recommend doing a feasibility study to make sure what you’re planning for can actually work on your specific site.

I've been studying videos and personally gone through these nightmare pop-up expenses via my rental properties so it's been actually helpful in my journey trying to find my own home to live in.

Then, I plug the applicants into a spreadsheet so I could prove that I compare each applicant the same. 

Study the market.

Nashville has grown and gotten more expensive for sure, but as it expands, new areas will prove to be great investments as well.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) is studying an alternative station location between O and R Streets in downtown Merced along 16th Street.

Yes you can buy properties extremely cheap there but the flipside is that once yoI've rehabbed them, recouping your rehab and purchase money will prove difficult because of the low property values .  

I just did a feasibility study on the property and can build a total of 3 ADUs along with the single family home on it.
