Hi Melody, I may only attend part of the conference as I have a new baby girl to take care of + I've heard most of the speaker's sales pitch before, just a couple I haven't heard, will see if I can make it, still good for networking, meeting with all the reps, old friends, so I'll definitely try.

The speaker helped me understand the topic a bit better. 

As part of the meeting, we network with other like-minded investors and host speakers who talk about topics related to real estate investment. 

You can then just find professionals at each topic and coordinate speakers. 

At a recent AOA webinar, a speaker mentioned a property in Beverly Hills, tenant has money in the bank, I think the rent is $20K per month, and the tenant decided not to pay.

Hang around, listen to the speaker, meet people, listen to how they talk, ask questions, etc. 

An important recommendation I'm throwing out is to just attend the meetings and listen and learn for at least 6 months to a year because you'll hear some speakers talk and you want to go and spend money on their programs and their coaching.

I go toe lots of meetups and typically after a speaker is finished I can talk to them alone and invariable their real story they reveal privately is not what was presented.
