I have to admit I love that accent though, and she does that vocal fry thing when she gets loud, she'd probably make a great soul/country singer, either that or a double for Cage's wife from Raising Arizona.

In terms of health care expenses, I find a lot of people stay in soul sucking jobs without exploring what it would actually cost to buy their own coverage.
