They should obtain a renters' policy that both will cover their personal belongings and give you some protection for unintentional damage they cause as a result of a cooking fire or the like.Hope that helps!

turned the dining room into her master bedroom as she could no longer get her huge frame up the stairs.Then had the washer & dryer plumbed into her new master bedroom so she didn't have to negotiate the stairs to the basement.But always paid on time including rent increases for 4 good years.I am also convinced she cooked & ate our resident groundhog.

I was told that cook county is pretty backed up with foreclosures.A short sale will have less impact on credit report because after a short sale it is reported that you payed as agreed.Before I make any desicions I'm going to wait til after surgery.
