@Lavada Lindsey This is an "ask your broker" (or your agent's broker) situation.Here in MA, our MLS rules prohibit an agent from contacting a person who is represented by another agent.

Also make sure you are answering the questions correctly on their forms --- I once saw an operating agreement generated from a similar service stating that the member will represent the membership interests in the LLC using a certificate.

Not that i am too experienced in this field but depending on how they plan on selling it, i'd just make sure that you get some clarification in writing as to their intent - for example, are they going to treat you as a wholesaler, or are they going to treat you as if you were their real estate agent representing them.
