They search, compare, weigh....There are folks out there who spend tens of thousands of dollars on internet marketing with big beautiful sites that make the average wholesaler's look silly.I do however make a concession: once I've cycled through my mailings (and for me, that's a series of 4 letters), before I recycle my list, I send out a P. card that has email address and website.

(Not that they may not be right for some reason that I don't know.)Refinancing out of your VA loan would allow you to look into recycling your VA eligibility to buy another property at the crazy-low VA rates and no down payment.And I guess I should mention that it's possible to have more than one VA loan at a time, so long as you have some "entitlement" left.
