I am confident that the 3 water heaters and 3 HVAC systems I put in place since Summer 2024 will give me some peace of mind in 2025 and beyond... for those properties.

Hey Grant-  what did you end up doing to reconcile the data entry and system alignment between Buildium and QB?  

For example, theirs is relatively less maintenance and comps are easier to find.If you're looking to maximize returns, typically SFH and multi family would yield better returns and wouldn't have the risk of HOA fees increasing.

If I waited longer and was able to pull more equity then I could possibly buy a multi family property like a duplex or triplex.

I’d be very surprised if there’s not more small multis in the suburbs in your area.

@James Masotti I have an incredible robust Podio system that integrates with Basecamp and other project management software systems.

The system seem to be doing a positive thing throughout the years.

One thing I can say once I got the system going the business got alot easier, after I automated almost everything I have had the pleasure of rarely going to my airbnb and I am booked 92% of the time, not only did my research pay off I am reaching the numbers I expected and more.

That's great to hear that you're graduating and you want to get into multifamily.I would start off in a commercial real estate firm, learn the systems, the sales/buying process, how to analyze deals etc...
