In CA I can email title company day of the sherif sale and within two hours I’ll get the clear to close title very or detail title report..... i am finding it very difficult here on the east coast  when I was an active buyer of courthouse steps our title company kept a running spread sheet of every NOD in the 3 county area and updated it daily for us.. then we call customer service morning of and they do a date down for us on the phone..

While she's anxious to get rid of the property, she prefers to stay and rent the side she currently lives in until the end of the school year next Spring.

Good Morning BP members,I'm looking at setting up an LLC for property I'm purchasing.

I felt we had hit peak values this summer and was anxious to get out of this house before values dropped, and if they had plateaued.

No one minds hearing people partying on the deck and having an awesome time, but  not if it goes on till two in the morning!

Title says it all... this is in my personal residence but I’ve found BP to be a more credible source for answers than searching the web.After 2 or 3 showers the water gets cool/lukewarm, not freezing and will stay that way, can usually get away with a shower in the morning and one at night without problems but if it’s the kids in the tub and a shower that pretty much uses it up.Typical usage, nothing too long, any help?
