Companies like VPS can put metal on your doors / windows You already mentioned a security system My last thought is if someone really wants to get in your home - they will :) Oh - well I guess my last thoughts are....screw the windows shut - put a 2x4 or bar that prevents the windows from being pried open - they can still break it but they can't open it.

So rather than spend 2 hours repairing it in the rain, I just used two layers of tin metal and overlapped under the next shingle up.

Then sell the metals and invest the money in real estate.

It seems as though the amount of metal in the frame, roof and siding has to be worth something.

If you have mortar caps then a metal flue cap, if the mortar caps are cracked, that could be the culprit too.

i am a GC and not A Bum andy c and I do not think art is also , but 95% of all jobs the painter caulks the windows base and trim , note if there is a outside windows that does not have wood but has coil warp the window guy caulks it due to it being no paint but all other items  the painter caulks.

It will look like a line of mailbox poles and then I connect them with metal chains from homedepot.I know it is not as strong as the bollard.

All of the mechanicals are 10 years old and the metal roof is 1 year old.
