They handed out new debt at '18' rates "saving" the business's and all they could do and "save", ooohhhh how we should sing song's of these great "saviors" to us all.... and ignore that they did it with OUR MONEY, consolidating trillions in business that had been compiled over decades of effort by hundreds/thousands of business, all unto 1 national to-big-to-fail goliath.

Makes no sense....When I was a GC, of course I got huge discounts, plus gifts and game tickets, etc...but we spent sometimes hundreds of thousands of $$ per year at these suppliers.

I know it is similar to Instagram but there are so many real estate groups on Facebook that have (tens of) thousands of agents/investors/home buyers and once you join, you can market the property in general but also market the open house.

I didn't owe anything, but I had sold my car to someone who racked up several thousand in parking fines and then promptly disappeared so they tried to flip the charges back on me as I was the only one left with money to collect.I called an attorney who sent them a cease and desist letter along with a warning that they would be liable for substantial damages if they ever contacted me again (and we would sue if they did).
