You can call and email from the software, process payments, send leases, integrate with an online resident portal, track renters insurance, receive maintenance requests,  and the list goes on.

I usually just email them out so it would be great if that was integrated also.

There are a few companies that scaled the property management side of the business first before taking on investor capital and becoming a fully vertically integrated multifamily syndicator.

I guess my hesitancy, based on my limited knowledge of DSTs, is that you're depending on someone else's management and integrity.
