Alternatively, sometimes we also extract the information and forward it to specific channels in Slack which allows us to keep a finger on the overall pulse of a business. 

Basically, if they will benefit from the loan closing, they can't influence the appraiser or discuss opinions.....ok, my fingers are tired, hopefully this helps someone...

I can stick my finger on any property in any city today, buy whatever I land on, and I will make money in the long-term.

LA's have gotten very lazy in this market and don't need to lift a finger to sell a property like you say.

Half of my appliances got delayed because the delivery company was absolutely incompetent.The countertop measurement guy delayed me by a week because "the cabinets were not secured to the floor and the wall" (wtf).My HVAC guy didn't pull a permit for the minisplits and they might need to be moved, I'll find out on Tuesday when the inspector comes in.Somebody reported excessive trash even though it was obviously an active construction site and it was all contained in one place but only got the trash container later (you only get it for 10 days, or you have to pay more).There were a lot more daily ones but who has time to stop and worry about all of it :)Unless we have other unforeseen delays, we should be done in the next 10 days. fingers crossed.

I’ve actually reached the point now where, as I grow, my current offshore assistants interview and hire other offshore assistants for me, without me even lifting a finger. 

Here are a few wins from last week:- Closing on a property this week (fingers crossed).- Determined some clear search metrics for MLS listings (so far not much in that category)Action Items:- Come up with a outreach text for the list of vacant homes I receive monthly from my local county- Find some wholesale mailing lists. 

The way I do it, gives me FREE leads, SUPER motivated, without lifting a single finger.
